If we do something like this with jacks we need to put a tray under them and a sheet of silicon paper between them. NB flaxjacks weigh twice as much. Does this mean they are too big? These little brownies are more mouthfuls rather than food to get stuck into.

Should have had paper between layers - but like naked ness
of packaging and lack of cellophane. Cakes were more gooey like undercooked chocolate WI sponge than a real chocolatey sumptuous brownie. |
